A survey was conducted by an independent firm to compare the price between a 15” Goodyear Ultra Grip Winter Tire (P195/60R15) installed, an ACDelco 75-60 Series 680 CCA / 9.1 x 7 x 7.1" battery installed, 17" and 22" winter wiper blades, and a ACDelco Advantage ceramic front brake pads installed at various dealerships in the provinces of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland. The price per tire includes installation, valve and balancing. A total of 25 phone calls were made to independent garages and big-box stores. The survey was conducted between November 15 and 20, 2012. All reported prices were estimated. The estimates are based on answers obtained during the survey conducted in the industry during the periods indicated above. **Price per tire and includes installation, balancing and rubber valve stems.
